WHEN WILL PRE-ORDERS SHIP?
We expect to start shipping preorders in early May, however due to Covid this may be delayed. Once you order will will keep you posted on when the order will ship and if expect any delays. We love that you took a chance on us and ordered early and will do everything we can to deliver your wine as soon as we can.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPING FROM?
All orders will ship from our winery in Sonoma, California.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
Yes! You or another adult that is over the age of 21 must be present when the shipment arrives and have a valid ID. We recommend getting your order shipped to your office address (when we start going back to offices) in order to receive the package on the first attempt. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
I MISSED THE 3 UPS DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, NOW WHAT?
We get it! After the 3-attempts the package will be held in your area for 10-days pending action, before it is returned to us. You must go to the pick-up locatiton near you to get the package. Don't forget to bring a valid ID that showes you are 21+. You can find the closest location near you at: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US
CAN I BUY LADIES OF LEISURE WINES AT WINE SHOPS?
Ladies of Leisure wines are only available through our website and shipped directly to you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Right now we only ship domestically in the US and certain regions in Canada, but please stay tuned. We'd also love to hear from you regardless, so drop us a line.
ARE THERE ANY STATES YOU CAN'T SHIP TO?
At the moment we are legally not allowed to ship to Arkansas, Alabama, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Utah.
ARE THERE ANY ZIP CODES YOU CAN'T SHIP TO?
Yes, there are certain “dry” zip codes in Florida, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and West Virginia that do not permit the shipment of wines directly to consumers.
