Return & Exchange Policy
Wrongly shipped or defective products may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt and original packaging (unopened bottles with wine to be evaluated). Local restrictions and other limitations may apply.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return, exchange, or refund.
